YarraBend

The YarraBend project in Alphington for Glenvill brings together Melbourne’s leading architects including JCB, Elenberg Fraser, Techné, Rothelowman and DKO to create an exciting infill precinct on the former paper mill site minutes from the Yarra River. Overall the precinct aims to create distinctive, highly liveable luxury residences, cafés, restaurants and bars, set within thoughtful, sophisticated landscape treatments. MDG’s involvement included the creation of a lush pedestrian spine, inviting leafy streetscapes, laneways and apartment surrounds for the Artisian, Workshop and Gateway Precincts.
