Jack Road

Jack Road is an infill residential project for Mirvac on a former industrial site in Cheltenham, consisting of 185 boutique townhouses. A centrally located park is pivotal to the project and creates a focus for community gatherings and events, including custom-designed playspaces and a collection of bespoke timber-clad shelter structures wrapping around outdoor ‘lounge room’ areas.
